Thanks for an excellent movie, ‘A Chit Sein Sein’, with Ye Tide, Min Oo, Thinza Nwe Win and Others.
Ko Ko is the only son of his Father and Mother. Ko Ko loves his neighbor, Mee Mee, who lives with her Brother, Soe Soe and their Parents. They like to have a good time together as a Family, at a Party, Picnic, Home, etc …
Mee Mee is NOT yet 18 years of age. Therefore, her Parents are concerned and ask Ko Ko to have restraints in his Relationship with Mee Mee.
Ko Ko and Mee Mee spend so much time having fun together, that Mee Mee falls asleep in her Classrooms and she cannot sleep at night. Mee Mee’s Father wants her to focus on passing her examinations and forbids Ko Ko and Mee Mee to see each other, for the following 2 to 3 months, until after the examinations.
Mee Mee’s bedroom has been moved upstairs. At night, Ko Ko sneaks into Mee Mee’s garden, as she requests on the phone. Ko Ko climbs a ladder to meet with Mee Mee, whose room is on the upper floor. When Mee Mee asks for a souvenir from Ko Ko, he takes of his belt and gives it to her.
The next night, Ko Ko comes to see Mee Mee. However, Soe Soe has a Boyfriend to meet with Mee Mee.
Ko Ko is so angry that he starts a fire in the house. Soe Soe beats up Ko Ko in the fire. Ko Ko is saved by Mee Mee’s Father, who carries him and rescues him from the fire.
Ko Ko is sent to jail for 2 years. Although he writes to Mee Mee from the jail, Ko Ko’s Mother cannot mail his letters to Mee Mee, for NOT knowing Mee Mee’s new address. She keeps the letters for Ko Ko and Mee Mee.
At an Art Exhibition, Ko Ko meets with Mee Mee’s Mother. She and her husband have been separated and divorced. Mee Mee lives with her. Soe Soe lives with his Father. Ko Ko gives his letters to Mee Mee’s Mother, to give to Mee Mee. Mee Mee reads his letters and cries.
In a Downtown area, Mee Mee’s Father is hit by a car and dies. Ko Ko comes to see Mee Mee and her Mother. Soe Soe interrupts and beats him, for being the cause of their Father’s death. The Policemen come to break-up The Fight between Soe Soe and Ko Ko.
At The Inya Lake, Mee Mee decides to marry Ko Ko because she cannot separate from him. Mee Mee’s Mother agrees, so Mee Mee joins Ko Ko.
