Thanks for an Excellent movie, ‘A Mone Yan Nyoe’, with Moe Yu San.
The Families of Ko Lay Thet and Ko Nay La have been enemies, for many generations, battling for land.
Ko Lay Thet and his wife, Mya Thida, has a daughter, Sonny, age 19. Ko Nay La, a widower, has a son, Zin Yor, age 20.
Zin Yor and Sonny met with each other at her Welcome Home Party. Both sides of The Families DISAPPROVE of their Relationship. Therefore, they ELOPED, with the help of Zin Yor’s Grandpa.
Ko Lay Thet found Sonny and brought her home. However, she took the medicine from Zin Yor’s Grandpa and pretended to be dead.
Zin Yor came to Sonny’s house for her Burial. However, he was injured by Ko Lay Thet’s men and died, next to Sonny. When Sonny woke up, and saw that Zin Yor had died, she also died.
Ko Lay Thet and Ko Nay La, reconciled at the grave of their 2 children, Zin Yor and Sonny.
Their friend, Khin Maung La, said goodbye to them, at their grave.
